Can you provide me information about the VSM contracts you are offering and what are they based on
Hi Glyn, VSM contracts are determined by the VSM terms and conditions that are set nationally by the DH. The VSM terms and conditions also includes a model contract. I will send you the address of a colleague who you can contact if you wish to talk through the details.
Have the NHSCB structures been published so we can see which posts are likely to come out to advert via the internal pooling process.

On the 10th October you said the structures were due imminently but I can’t find the. If you look on NHS jobs for some of the VSM jobs there are structures for each section but I can’t find a structure that joins them all together. Will it be published soon ??

Thank you all for your comments. We are monitoring the diversity of our appointments closely. The diversity of our workforce was discussed by our Board in September. We have almost completed recruitment to our very senior manager (VSM) posts and we will be publishing data about diversity of this staff group very shortly.
