This document is the national mandatory Network Agreement for Primary Care Networks. It provides the main body to the Network Agreement with separately published Schedules for use by Primary Care Networks.

The Mandatory Network Agreement has been updated (May 2019) as follows:

• Reference to “persons” in Clause 58 has been updated to “person”
• Reference to “Clause 6464” in Clause 61 has been updated to “Clause 64”
• Reference to “Clause 722(b)” in Clause 72 has been updated to “Clause 72(b)”
• Reference to “Clause 722” in Clause 73 has been updated to “Clause 72”

This document provides the Schedules to the national mandatory Network Agreement for Primary Care Networks, for use in supporting delivery of the Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service.
