Today NHS England has published statistics on Mental Health Community Teams Activity for the quarter ending June 2017. Revisions to data for 2016-17 Quarter 3 and 2016-17 Quarter 4 were also published.

The data includes:

• proportion of patients under adult mental illness specialties on Care Programme Approach (CPA) that were followed up within 7 days of discharge from psychiatric inpatient care
• proportion of admissions to psychiatric inpatient wards that were gate kept by Crisis Resolution Home Treatment (CRHT) teams
