To prepare for this request, your data and cybersecurity lead should:
We’ve published a new form for interim turnaround directors and an updated interim VSM remuneration approval form, to use for the procurement of interim agency VSMs earning above £750 a day.
We have updated the requirements for 2017/18 quality reports and requirements for assurance on quality reports to reflect your feedback.
NHS trusts are required to include an annual governance statement in your annual report. We have now published the requirements for 2017/18, together with the format of other statements for annual reports.
Please make your governance and finance teams aware of these requirements for the coming year end.
From 5 March 2018, we will host the StEIS system used to report and monitor the progress of serious incident investigations across the NHS.
As a result, modules will be ‘read only’ from 5.30pm Thursday 1 March. The system will be fully accessible from Monday 5 March at the new URL, ‘https://steis.improvement.nhs.uk/’.
Thursday 8 March 2018, 12pm – 1pm
At this event we will share the analysis of last year’s data capture (which aimed to identify metrics and systems to reflect the productivity and efficiency of the AHP workforce within acute trusts), and discuss emerging themes and next steps.
