An overview of each NHS trust and foundation trust that currently holds advanced foundation trust or prospective advanced foundation trust status.

NHS trusts approved for advanced foundation trust status will convert to foundation trust legal form, subject to proposed changes to legislation being passed by Parliament coming into effect. Before converting to foundation trust legal form, they will be known as prospective advanced foundation trusts. They will be treated the same as advanced foundation trusts and have access to the same freedoms.
