Gregory graduated from the medical school of Athens and then moved to the UK to do a Ph.D in vascular surgery and imaging at Imperial College of London. This was followed by an Academic Clinical Fellowship at Cambridge University and a National Training Number in Clinical Radiology. He is currently a senior fellow in vascular and interventional radiology at Oxford University Hospitals and the Chairman of the British society of interventional radiology trainees committee as well as the chair of the European Trainee forum under the auspices of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Society of Europe.

Gregory loves sports such as basketball and scuba diving as well as travelling and reading.
