Each year, NHS England makes decisions on which new treatments should be included for routine commissioning. The decisions are taken by the Specialised Services Commissioning Committee, based on recommendations from the Clinical Priorities Advisory Group (CPAG) made up of doctors, health experts and patient representatives and the Specialised Commissioning Oversight Group (SCOG). For each financial year, the prioritisation process is now run twice; once in November and once in May.

Policies approved in the November round are listed in this document. They will be funded from 1 April 2019.
