This Community health services prioritisation framework has been produced by NHS England and NHS Improvement to aid local decision making about service and staff prioritisation until 1 March 2022.

The decision about where the community health workforce are re-deployed is a local one but is most likely to focus on the priority areas of supporting as many patients as possible to be discharged, admission avoidance work and supporting the COVID vaccination programme.
