COVID Medicine Delivery Unit Directory

CMDUs were set up in England under interim arrangements as a response to the pandemic, using a broadly common assessment and treatment pathway that applied nationally.

This national pandemic-specific approach ran from the 16 December 2021 to 26 June 2023 and is now closed. 

Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) are now responsible for arranging COVID-19 treatments in their areas, in line with locally agreed care pathways: Find your local integrated care board (ICB) - NHS (www.nhs.uk)
