NHS Digital Academy

Applications for cohort 3 of the NHS Digital Academy are now open.

The NHS Digital Academy is a virtual organisation set up to develop a new generation of excellent digital leaders who can drive the information and technology transformation of the NHS.

The NHS Digital Academy, through a partnership with Imperial College London, the University of Edinburgh and Harvard Medical School, provides a year-long, world class, fully accredited learning programme (Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Health Leadership) for digital change leaders.

The first cohort of 100 delegates from around the health and care system in England commenced in April 2018 and included Chief Clinical Information Officers, Chief Information Officers and many others charged with leading digital change, from both clinical and non-clinical backgrounds.

Applications for cohort 3 will be open until 4 October 2019, with the course due to commence in April 2020. A more detailed information document and an application form, with instructions and key dates for residentials can be found below.

Please note, we also require that all applicants have the full support of an Executive Sponsor and, importantly, are able to commit to attending all four residential training sessions as well as undertaking the self-learning in support of the programme. The delegate places are fully funded. Please contact nhsdigitalacademy@imperial.ac.uk if you any have further questions.
