Down the line: Patient stories of digital primary care in a pandemic

Over the past 18 months, we’ve seen a major change in how primary care has been delivered.

We have lots of data on the shift to remote and digitally enabled modes of care: online, video and telephony. What we lacked was an understanding of how this felt for those experiencing this care.

What can we learn from their stories? How can we improve our services, and make sure no one is left behind?

Here in the East of England we shaped an approach with Traverse to gather these stories and create a patient video that summarises their experience.

All the quotes in this video are the actual words real people used to describe their experiences.
