Support in travelling to and from Health and Care Innovation Expo 2018: Expenses for Patient and Public Voice Partners

If you have been directly invited by a team from NHS England to participate in Expo 2018, then you will be able to claim expenses for areas such as travel and accommodation, depending on your situation.  Please contact the team who have invited you to participate.  More information on expenses support can be found in the ‘Working with our Patient and Public Voice Partners – Reimbursing expenses and paying involvement payments’ policy on the NHS England website. If you have been invited to attend and / or represent an organisation other than NHS England, you should contact them directly.

If you making a personal choice to attend Health and Care Innovation Expo 2018 as a member of the public (i.e. you are not representing a health and care organisation or patient group and haven’t been directly invited to participate by a team from NHS England), then this does not attract financial input from NHS England to support any costs associated with your travel, accommodation or other expenses (as outlined in the ‘NHS England Patient and Public Voice Partners Policy’ (expenses category A).
