Ticket prices

Expo will be even bigger and better in 2017, but delegate ticket prices are frozen in at their 2016 rate to ensure that you continue to get excellent value for money.

The following tickets are available:

NHS, local government and wider public sector rate
Standard ticket £180 plus VAT
Private sector rate
Standard ticket £595 plus VAT
Voluntary, community or third sector rate
Standard ticket £120 plus VAT

Group bookings

  • Save 10% on applicable rate for 10 or more tickets
  • Save 15% on applicable rate for 30 or more tickets
  • Save 20% on applicable rate for 50 or more tickets

Complimentary codes – Terms of use

*Please note: The complimentary ticket code for Health and Care Innovation Expo 2017 is not for use by private sector/commercial organisations. Any registrations made by private sector or commercial organisation staff using this code will be cancelled.

Payment options

Payment of registration fees can be made online with a credit card at the time of booking. If receipt of payment is made via a credit card, payment will be taken immediately and we will send a credit card receipt for your records.

Alternatively, you can opt to receive an invoice. Payment is required within 30 days of the date shown on the invoice. Invoices will be sent out at the end of each calendar month. In all circumstances, a VAT invoice will be sent to the contact specified during the registration process.

Registration confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of registration. Information about the directions to the venue, opening times and on-site registration instructions will be sent to all attendees a month before the event.

Cancellation / refund policy

Important note: completing an online booking on this website constitutes a legally binding contract.

All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing If you cancel your booking less than 10 weeks prior to the event (11 and 12 September 2017) you will be charged 50% of the delegate fee. If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to the event you will be charged the full delegate fee. This also applies to group discount bookings.

Photography, audio and video recording

By registering to attend the event, you grant permission to NHS England and Dods to take and use your photo and/or video in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos, and on the NHS website for an indefinite period of time.

Data protection

Dods, who are working in partnership with NHS England, are required to collect contact details of registered delegates to communicate relevant event information. You may be contacted by Dods and / or third party companies for relevant purposes. If you do not consent, please tick the relevant box in the registration process.
