Voluntary and community sector strategic partners

NHS England works in partnership with the Department of Health, Public Health England and 22 partner organisations, from the Voluntary and Community Sector, in the the Health and Care Strategic Partner Programme.

The partners work together to:

  • Operate as a forum for co-production and engagement with the wider voluntary and community sector.
  • Increase the capacity and capability within the voluntary and community sector to engage in improving health and care, public health and reducing health inequalities.
  • Provide methods to share information on policy developments and key programmes so that the voluntary and community sector can engage in the delivery of health, care and well-being objectives.

You can find out more about the partnership, the organisations involved and how to get involved with its work on the Health and Care Strategic Partner Programme website.
