This report provides useful information and tips on how best to implement an EPaCCS locally.

This report was published by NHS Improving Quality. The Electronic Palliative Care Co-ordination Systems (EPaCCS) were developed following the 2008 National End of Life Care Strategy recommended locality registers as a way to enable effective communication among professionals. NHS Improving Quality’s End of Life Care work stream was responsible for supporting the implementation and uptake of EPaCCS in England and assessing their impact.
