This publication was part of the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement’s Organising for Quality and Value foundation level development programme in service improvement skills. It aimed to deliver the skills and techniques necessary for individuals to support their organisations in achieving QIPP (Quality, Innovation, Productivity, Prevention) objectives.


This learning resource was designed to be used to work through individual projects using the resource as a reference. By working through the materials and then applying the learning within the workplace, it will enhance measurement skills and understanding of return on investment.
