This year, the Leading Change, Adding Value (LCAV) national team and a number of other organisations will be hosting an interactive pop up university workshop at Health and Care Innovation Expo 2017.
In this session nursing, midwifery and care staff across a variety of health and social care settings will use practical examples from a commissioning, provider and social care perspective to highlight how they are applying LCAV improvement methodology to work differently and innovatively to lead change, improving outcomes and experiences for individuals and making better use of resources to deliver the Triple Aim outcomes. The session will be led and contributed to by a range of partners and organisations jointly leading the framework.
Registered delegates can book on to this workshop from July. Registration for Health and care Innovation Expo is still open.
Skills for Health are looking to celebrate teams and individuals that go above and beyond the call of duty, are creative and innovative in their roles and deserve a big thank you. If you know someone who is improving the lives of others through leading change and adding value, why not nominate them to get the recognition they deserve? Closing date 15 September 2017.
