Cancer Screening Resource Directory
One of the reasonable adjustments from the ‘Improving cancer screening for people experiencing homelessness’ project was to develop a Cancer Screening Resource Directory. This directory of cancer screening resources provides information, advice and guidance for health and social care professionals and people in caring and supporting roles, to aid conversation with their patients and service-users. This resource has been developed in partnership with the NHS North Central London Cancer Alliance and the NHS England (London) Cancer Screening Commissioning Team.
The directory is divided into three main sections for the three NHS cancer screening programmes: bowel, breast and cervical:
