Review of minutes and actions
The minutes from the Programme Board meeting held on 30 April 2026 were reviewed and approved subject to minor amendments.
The Board reviewed the previous minutes and discussed analytical capacity and prioritisation considerations, agreeing these should be reflected within programme risk management.

The Chair highlighted key decisions escalated from PDG.
Programme highlights and FDP in numbers
The Chair presented the programme highlights for April 2026.
The Board received updates on adoption, utilisation and benefits realisation. Members discussed benefits methodology, deployment efficiency and measures of product adoption.
Programme risk summary
The Board noted progress in consolidating programme risks and discussed stakeholder confidence, engagement and wider system pressures. Members supported development of an FDP 101 guide.
Communications and engagement update
The Board noted progress on communications materials, public information resources and stakeholder engagement activity, recognising the value of continued engagement and support for organisations.
Demand and delivery update
The Board received an update on demand and delivery activity and requested greater regional context and transparency around delivery assumptions in future reporting.
Product update
The Board received an update on product development activity, including the forthcoming general availability of the Unified Pathway Manager (UPM).
FDP product roadmap
The Board welcomed the enhanced product roadmap approach and discussed delivery planning, regional context and recent innovation activity, including regional build events.
Any other business
The Chair highlighted that the next FDP Programme Board meeting would take place on Thursday 25 June 2026.
