Regions gather in Board Reports and SoCs from their DBs and NHSE L1ROs) and prepare to submit to national team.
29 November 2024
Regions submit FQAI Annex B to national team.
11 February 2025
National team prepares and PSAC approves Annex C for submission to PSSOG.
26 March 2025
PSSOG approves Annex C confirmation of FQAI processes.
