Inspired by the worldwide Girl Guiding movement and the power of the collective voice, Northampton General Hospital’s Director of Nursing and Midwifery, Sheran Oke, came up with an innovative idea to mark the Year of the Nurse and Midwife.

The Covid pandemic further highlighted how dedicated and compassionate the nursing and midwifery teams at the Trust are; always working closely together and supporting one another. They have celebrated their diverse and collective voice through a dedicated song. Watch their song.
