Patient drop-in sessions to explain next steps on Burton Road Surgery future

NHS England in Lincolnshire is to stage a series of drop-in sessions for patients, following the recent consultation on the future of services at Burton Road Surgery in Lincoln.

Last week (7 October) NHS England wrote to patients to explain it will shortly advertise the opportunity to provide services for Burton Road Surgery patients for at least the next five years.

As part of its ongoing engagement with patients, a series of special drop-in sessions will begin on Wednesday 15 October at Burton Road Methodist Church, running between 9.30am and 1130am, where patients will be able to find out more details about the next stages of the process.

Further sessions will also be held at the same venue on Tuesday 21 October, between 1.30pm and 3.30pm, and Thursday 23 October between 6pm and 8pm.

The letter sent to patients last week included a summary of the feedback received from the consultation. A full report has now been published giving further details. Copies will be available at the drop-in sessions, at the Surgery and by contacting the NHS England primary care team on 0113 824 9525 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or email using the subject line ‘Burton Road Surgery’.
