Urological cancers refer to the cancer of the Prostate, Bladder, Kidney, Penile and Testicles.
The overall aims of the Urology EAG are to provide specialist advice and guidance to the West Midlands Cancer Alliance Board on the standards of service for patients with urological cancer reflecting current best practice and opportunities for development.
The Urology EAG will aim to ensure that patients with urological cancer receive high quality equitable cancer care throughout the West Midlands regardless of geography or socio-economic factors and will, wherever possible, endeavour to improve the standard of care provided.
The Urology EAG have developed Clinical Guidelines and Timed Pathways to support best practice, these documents are available below:
