The North West Coast Clinical Network Palliative and End of Life Care People’s Voice Group operates as a collaborative group of patient, carer and public representatives who use their collective knowledge and life experience to consider palliative and end of life issues.

They assess Network wide issues that directly affect patients and their families. They participate in the work programme to improve end of life care and review support for the patients and carers. They represent the North West Coast Network as a Palliative and End of Life Care Champion.

People’s Voice support the development of clinical standards and guidelines and co-produced the Network Bereavement Service Specification

People’s Voice were 2018 finalists in The BMJ Awards for Patient Partnership.
