MY Care, MY Health, MY Life - a workshop about learning disability

NHS England employs five people with a learning disability. They are running a workshop at EXPO 2016 – a big event about health and care services. They will tell people working in services about some of the things that they are involved in to improve things for people with a learning disability.

We have set out a clear programme of work with other national partners to improve services for people with learning disabilities and/or autism, who display behaviour that challenges, including those with a mental health condition. This will drive system-wide change and enable more people to live in the community, with the right support, and close to home.
