Meet the new care models programme

Summary: The new care models programme has its own dedicated zone at Health and Care Innovation Expo 2016.  We are also running pop-up university sessions and speaking on the main stage. Our zone will be a hub for sharing information about developing new models of care.  Delegates visiting our zone or one of our other sessions will hear first-hand from vanguards, delivering innovative changes on the ground to improve care for patients and local people, as well as the working lives of staff.

Day 1 Wednesday 7 September

Main Stage: Time: 11.00am – 11.50am (Future NHS Stage)
