NHS England is committed to working with and listening to patients, carers and the public. We want to ensure that people’s views are heard at all levels and across all parts of the healthcare system. We believe this is an essential part of making health and care services better for everyone. It is also a key element of the NHS constitution.
There are a range of ways that people can get involved in the work of NHS England and that of other organisations responsible for health and care services. In this section you find out more about some of the projects we have underway to engage with patients and the public.
If you would like to find out more about our public participation work, and opportunities to get involved, you can sign up to receive our twice monthly newsletter In touch.
You can also get involved by responding to our consultations and taking part in surveys. Details of current consultations can be found in the consultation hub.
