This document summarises progress as at 2013, and roles and actions for the Health Visiting Programme 2013-2015, including ensuring the sustainability of health visiting services from 2015 onwards. It has been produced to provide an update to the plan, build on the progress made so far and to identify how key partners will work together to take the necessary action to continue to expand the workforce and deliver the new health visiting service model.
NHS England and Public Health England’s Child and Maternal Health Intelligence Network have developed the ‘Early Years Profiles’, a health profile of public health outcomes relating to early years (children aged 0-5 years).
The guide to the profiles is available below to support interpretation of this data and development of evidenced-based actions to improve outcomes for children and their families.
Using the profiles, local teams can see at a glance how their local areas perform against key indicators. Users can also compare data with other local authorities and nationally.
Please visit the ChiMat website to view the Early Years Profiles.
