This Talent management resource tool sets out development, training and leadership opportunities for pharmacy professionals across all sectors to help provide a clearer route to new roles in the future.

This resource has been produced as part of the inclusive pharmacy practice (IPP) initiative, led by the Office of the Chief Pharmaceutical Officer, with 15 partner organisations. It forms part of the IPP objective to further improve diversity in senior pharmacy professional leadership roles and ensure that all pharmacy professionals have equal access and opportunities for career progression.
