A better way to manage correspondence – Brant Road and Springcliffe Surgeries, Midlands and East

This case study looks at how GPs at Brant Road and Springcliffe Surgeries in the Midlands and East, were finding the volume of correspondence they were receiving each day overwhelming, leading one GP to do something about it by helping to redesign a new process that was more efficient and reduced workload for GPs.



To get some help and direction on how to address the issue the GP participated in the General Practice Improvement Leaders programme, which is part of the support available through the General Practice Forward View.
