This publication provides the aggregated planning data submitted nationally through the Better Care Fund (BCF) 2026–27 plans. The data includes BCF funding sources, planned income, planned expenditure and the three core BCF metrics covering:

1. Non-elective admissions to hospital for people aged 65 and over per 100,000 population.
2. Average length of discharge delay for all acute adult patients.
3. Long-term admissions to residential and nursing care homes for people aged 65 and over per 100,000 population.

The publication also includes a tab containing historical planned expenditure data from previous BCF planning cycles.
