HTM 00 provides guidance on the design, installation and operation of a healthcare facility from an engineering and environmental perspective.

HTM 00 is not intended to cover every possible scenario, for example where a patient is receiving treatment in their own home. This 2014 edition supersedes all previous versions of HTM 00.
