This request asked for all electronic correspondence between Ed Smith (NHS Improvement), and/or his office, Larry Renfro (Optum) and Stephen Hemsley (UnitedHealth) from 1 August 2016 to 1 April 2017.
NHS Improvement held some of the requested information. NHS Improvement released the information, withholding personal information under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
