The COVID-19 emergency preparedness, resilience and response (EPRR) acute and community daily discharge situation report (sitrep) has been updated and renamed the Intermediate care data collection from 29 July 2024, to ensure alignment with both the Community rehabilitation and reablement model and the Intermediate care framework for rehabilitation, reablement and recovery.
