This consensus statement describes the commitment of NHS England, Public Health England, Health Education England, NHS Employers, Care Quality Commission, Local Government Association, Royal College of Nursing and Royal Society for Public Health to work together to maximise support for population behaviour change, and help individuals and communities significantly reduce their risk of disease.
