On 1 April 2017 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust changed its name to North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
As of 1 June 2021, North West Boroughs Healthcare no longer exists as an NHS trust and the Trust’s services have now transferred to other NHS organisations.
