Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust: trust details and documents.

On 1 October 2021 Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust was dissolved and its staff, property, services and liabilities were transferred to Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust. At this time the Trust’s name was changed to Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust.
