The National Tariff Payment System (NTPS) replaced the previous Payment by Results (PbR) system from 2014/15. The NTPS was replaced by the NHS Payment Scheme (NHSPS) from 2023.

Summary

The 2023/25 NHS Payment Scheme was set for two years. Following consultation, an amended version was published that applied for 2024/25. This file contains both versions of the NHSPS, as well as prices that were published in-year and reflected each year’s pay awards.
