Stereotactic ablative radiotherapy is recommended to be available as a routine commissioning treatment option for adults with low and intermediate risk localised prostate cancer who do not require androgen deprivation therapy as an alternative to moderately hypofractionated external beam radiotherapy within the criteria set out in this document.
