The Kent and Medway Local Eye Health Network

The Kent and Medway Local Eye Health Network (Kent LEHN) has produced a strategic plan with associated recommendations for implementation across Kent and Medway. It is designed to ensure that quality eye care services are maintained with inequalities and variation reduced. across the county.  The plan will support the lowering of levels of avoidable sight loss and support a cost-effective inclusive approach.

Surrey and Sussex eye health needs assessment

The aim of this assessment is to develop knowledge of eye health in relation to current and future needs of the local population and to use this to influence the commissioning of suitable eye care services and avoid preventable blindness. Methods used include literature review, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
