Safe management of patient care equipment in an isolation room/cohort area
- Use single-use items if possible
- Reusable non-invasive care equipment should be dedicated to the isolation room/cohort area and decontaminated prior to use on another
- An increased frequency of decontamination should be considered for reusable non-invasive care equipment when used in isolation/cohort
