The Practice Group GP surgeries in Brighton and Hove: information for patients

The healthcare provider, The Practice Group, has informed NHS England that they wish to stop providing GP services at five GP surgeries in Brighton and Hove.

Our priority is to ensure all affected patients have ongoing access to local GP services.

We have written to patients to reassure them that we are working to secure alternative arrangements for their care and are continuing to work with NHS Brighton and Hove Clinical Commissioning Group to identify the available options.

All patient feedback will be taken into account in reaching a final decision about how to guarantee their future care and we will update patients about this as soon as we can.

The five GP surgeries affected are:

  • The Practice Whitehawk Road, Wellsbourne Health Centre
  • The Practice Hangleton Manor, Northease Drive, Hove
  • The Practice North Street, c/o Boots, North Street, Brighton
  • The Practice Willow House, Heath Hill Avenue, Lower Bevendean
  • Brighton Homeless Healthcare, Morley Street, Brighto

The letters and a question and answer document sent to the patients of these surgeries can be downloaded below.
