The South West Neuromuscular Operational Delivery Network (SWNODN) supports adults and children living with a neuromuscular condition in the South West of England.

Our aim is to provide excellent and equitable care for this group and to improve their quality of life and overall experience of NHS services.

To achieve this we work with health and social care professionals to establish and develop services and increase the knowledge and skills required to manage these complex conditions.

The SWNODN is currently the only Neuromuscular Operational Delivery Network in the UK, thereby leading the way in delivering specialist care across traditional boundaries of health and social care and across organisational divides.

The network was established in 2010 and is hosted by North Bristol NHS Trust.
