The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation gave guidance on 3 September on the vaccination of children aged 12 to 15 years old with underlying health conditions. This expanded the definition of underlying health conditions.

Following that guidance, this note sets out the next steps for all practices, vaccination centres, hospital hubs/hospital hubs+ and clinical commissioning groups.
