Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust (BTHFT) is an amazing organisation providing services to the people of Bradford and the wider district. Bradford is a unique place; it is one of the most diverse cities in Europe and has a rich heritage and is UK City of Culture 2025. BTHFT  is a large and complex District Hospital with two main acute sites and five community settings. We are a busy and dynamic trust, we see over 400 patients a day through our A&E services, with over half a million outpatient visits per year and undertaking over 18,000 operations.

With over 7,000 colleagues, we work hard to deliver high quality services, and we are extremely proud that last year our Neonatal service was rated outstanding by the CQC. The Trust is home to the Bradford Institute of Health Research which is a leading research organisation in the country. We also have strong links with our local universities and are proud to support the teaching and learning of students from many disciplines. We actively collaborate with our partners as part of the West Yorkshire Integrated Care System, the Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership, and the West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts.
