The Trust is now looking for a Clinical Non-executive Director to join their Board. As a member of the unitary Board, you will contribute to the shared responsibility of the strategic direction and performance of the Trust. You will provide assurance, oversight and scrutiny, ensuring good governance and ensuring that the Board acts in the best interest of its patients and the wider community.
Specifically, we are seeking a clinician who has Board level experience, preferably as a Non-Executive Director, and prior experience of working in a mental health environment. Above all else, it is imperative that the Non-executive Director acts with integrity and independence, demonstrating role model behaviours and a commitment to the values and principles of the NHS and LSCFT.
