Formed in 2021, we are a young organisation with bold ambition. We are now seeking two exceptional Non-Executive Directors to join our Board at a pivotal moment. With nearly 20,000 colleagues and services spanning major teaching, trauma and specialist care, UHSussex plays a critical role in the region’s health and wellbeing. As a Non-Executive Director, you will provide independent oversight, constructive challenge and strategic leadership, helping ensure we deliver safe, high-quality and financially sustainable services.
We are particularly interested in senior leaders with experience of innovation, digital transformation or leading complex organisational change. You will bring strong governance expertise, the ability to scrutinise performance and quality data, and the credibility to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
