We are seeking outstanding individuals to join our Board as a Non-executive Director (NED) and Associate Non-executive Director (ANED). Non-executive Directors bring an independent perspective, support and challenge to help shape the future of the Trust into the next stage in its evolution.
We have an ambition to increase diversity at Board level and would welcome applications from individuals from under-represented groups.

Experience – Essential criteria
- High personal credibility, evidenced through experience of operating at a senior level in an organisation with significant budgets and complexity
Experience – Essential criteria
- A record of high calibre leadership and delivery, in an executive or non-executive capacity
- High-level organisational and governance skills, including for instance strategic planning, risk management, performance management, service commissioning, service delivery and development, quality management, patient/client representation
- Political acumen – ability to grasp relevant issues underpinned by an understanding of how to develop partnerships and build relationships with other organisations
- Evidence of creative thinking and contributing to innovation
