We are now seeking an exceptional Non-Executive Director with strong commercial finance expertise to join our Board. This is a pivotal role, providing independent judgement, strategic oversight and constructive challenge as we deliver our ambitious strategy: improving population health, reducing inequalities, strengthening community-based care and ensuring high-quality, person-centred services for those with complex needs. You will help ensure robust financial governance, value for money and the highest standards of probity.
You will bring board-level experience in a complex organisation, financial and commercial acumen, and the courage to challenge thoughtfully and supportively. Politically astute and values-driven, you will champion inclusion, uphold the Nolan principles and share our commitment to compassionate leadership and public service. Above all, you will be motivated by making a tangible difference to the health and wellbeing of our population.
