NHS England today released the Direct Access Audiology waiting times for April 2014. Data are published on Direct Access Audiology patients whose referral to treatment (RTT) pathways were completed during April 2014 (completed pathways) and on those patients who were still waiting at the end of April 2014 (incomplete pathways).

This notice presents data on all breaches (i.e. occurrences of unjustified mixing) of the Mixed-Sex Accommodation (MSA) guidance relating to English NHS-funded patients in hospital sleeping accommodation during May 2014.
